ACUSA

At present, much of Acusa is private property with 400 to 500 people living on the mountain. Some have built homes, incorporating caves in the back of their houses for use as bedrooms. Others have simply built doors at the opening of caves. Many have electricity; some even have satellite dishes!

Right: This modern house was built in front of a cave which could have been used since prehistoric times. Note the outdoor oven to the left of the entranceway.
