Part of a pig's jaw with two molars (back chewing teeth) was found in N20 W2, a trench in the west field south of the shell midden.
Faunal expert Maura Smale says, "Teeth are among the easiest bones to identify to the type of animal, so I love finding jaw bones and teeth!" |
